About

Making the unconscious conscious

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the stories beneath the surface; what shapes us, what we carry, and what helps us heal. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, and I specialize in helping adults navigate the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the complex parts of self that can feel stuck or disconnected. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and attachment-based approaches to create a space where every part of you is welcome. My goal is to help you build insight, deepen self-trust, and experience meaningful, lasting change - not just symptom relief - but a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
